Can I change or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes or modifications to it. We can only cancel an order for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

• If the order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund, and you can then place a new order with the correct items.
  
  
• If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the package.
