All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We're very sorry if your order arrived damaged. We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. If this happens, please follow these steps:
Keep everything: Retain the damaged item(s) and all original packaging.
Contact us immediately: Email hello@teeoapparel.com with your order number and full name.
Send photos: Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box/packaging.
Once we receive your email and photos, we will arrange to replace the damaged item(s) as soon as we can. We will provide you with instructions on whether to return the damaged item or if you can discard it.
