Does Teeo Offer Returns?

Refunds are not available at this moment. If you wish to exchange for another size, please follow the exchange process outlined below.

 

Does Teeo Offer Exchanges?

  • We offer size exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with
  • original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to size availability.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange process
  • Exchanges can only be initiated once per order.


How to Initiate an Exchange

To exchange an item for a different size, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@teeoapparel.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size you would like in exchange.
  3. If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

 

Can I exchange an item for a different design and/or color?

We currently only offer exchanges for a different size, not for a different design.

 

How long does the exchange process take?

Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.

 

What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock in the desired size?

Please contact us at hello@teeoapparel.com to check.

 

Who covers the shipping costs for exchanges?

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging an item.

 

Can I exchange an item if it has been worn or washed?

We can only accept items for exchange if they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

 

Return Process for Damaged Items

If a return is necessary, please follow point 3 from "How to Initiate an Exchange" and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging.
